Have we mentioned that this big boy is walking??? Oh yes, and we have the bruises to prove it! Walking really just means that he is into EVERYTHING...nothing is off limits...a padded room is sounding better and better.

Last week we got to celebrate our PawPaw's 74th birthday...what a special blessing! I am so thankful that the lord is giving Benjamin this time to spend with someone who means so much to me and is such a big part of my childhood memories.

Four Generations...

Egg...

Well, it appears that Benjamin was a little confused about the concept of the Easter Egg. Saturday morning while cruisin around the living room with his new little walker he made his own "egg"...unfortunately this one is on his forehead. Several ice packs and a dose of tylenol later and this boy is moving on....
Yes, that is a pacifier in Benjamin's mouth! Ha...luckily we found this in his bathroom drawer in our deperate attempt to calm him down...he never would take them, but I guess desperate times called for desperate measures...even for The Ben Man!

When I went in to check on him durning his morning nap this is what I saw...the brown bear from MawMaw is his favorite pillow.

During his afternoon nap I had to go in and try to pry the monitor camera out of his hands....looks like we're finally going to have to mount it!

France Wedding...9 Months

As every parent knows, this boy is growing up soooo fast! We celebrated 9 months last week...here are Ben's stats:
Weight 26lbs 13oz - 99%ile
Length 28 3/4in - 75%ile
Head 47cm - 90%ile
Luckily we are all caught up on immunizations so we didn't have to get a single shot...yipee!! Especially since our visit was the morning of Aunt Casie & Uncle Heath's wedding, and what an amazing wedding it was...
